Splitspot is a Boston-based real-estate startup that makes renting month-to-month in Boston Apartments easier for couples, shared spaces, pets, etc. There is also a roommate match service.
Splitspot needs a predictive model on apartment sales in the Boston area.
I am currently performing predictive data analysis to make such a model available for splitspot
